Our Promise: We want you to love your Kavya Ethnics saree. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The saree must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
• All original tags and packaging must be intact
• The blouse piece (if included) must be unstitched and in original condition
• The item must be in the same condition as received
• Original invoice/order details must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Sarees that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Blouse pieces that have been stitched or cut
• Items purchased during clearance or final sale events
• Items returned after the 7-day window has passed
• Items without original packaging or tags
• Customised or personalised orders

How to Initiate a Return

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a free pickup and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Return Shipping Cost

• Damaged / Wrong item: We bear the return shipping cost
• Change of mind returns: Customer bears shipping cost (₹100–150 approx)
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns
• We are not responsible for items lost in transit during return

Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges for a different design of equal or higher value (customer pays the difference). Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Contact us to check availability before initiating an exchange.

At Kavya Ethnics, we carefully inspect and pack every saree before dispatch.

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

To request a return, customers must raise the request through Amazon within the applicable return window and provide clear photos or an unboxing video of the product and package.

The saree must be unused, unwashed, undamaged by the customer, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of colour/design, or minor colour variations caused by photography, lighting, or different screen settings.

Refunds, replacements, and return approvals will be processed as per the applicable Amazon policy after verification of the returned product.
