1. About Kavya Ethnics

Kavya Ethnics is a direct-to-consumer ethnic wear brand operating from Rajkot, Gujarat, India. We sell cotton-based printed and dyed sarees and ethnic wear through our website and online marketplaces. Our GSTIN is 24BUDPP2243Q1ZB.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order
• You must provide accurate and complete information at checkout
• You must have a valid payment method or cash for COD orders
• Resellers or bulk buyers must contact us separately for wholesale pricing

3. Products and Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST
• Product images are as accurate as possible; slight colour variation may occur due to screen calibration
• We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice
• In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing the order
• Product availability is subject to stock; we reserve the right to cancel orders for out-of-stock items with a full refund

4. Orders and Payment

• An order is confirmed only after successful payment (prepaid) or order acceptance (COD)
• We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery
• We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent or suspicious
• Order cancellation by customer is only possible before dispatch
• Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled — the return process must be used

5. Intellectual Property

• All designs, prints, photographs, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Kavya Ethnics
• Reproduction, copying, or commercial use of any content without written permission is prohibited
• Our 50-year-old print designs are proprietary — any copying or imitation is a violation of our intellectual property rights

6. Limitation of Liability

Kavya Ethnics shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Delays caused by courier partners or force majeure events
• Losses arising from incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer
• Any damage to products caused during return transit when not packed securely by the customer

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajkot, Gujarat, India.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
