About Kavya Ethnics
Kavya Ethnics is a direct-to-consumer ethnic wear brand operating from Rajkot, Gujarat, India. We manufacture and sell cotton-based printed and dyed sarees and other ethnic wear through our website and selected online marketplaces.
Acceptance of These Terms
By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the website or place an order with us.
Orders placed through third-party marketplaces may also be subject to the terms, policies and procedures of the relevant marketplace.
Section 03Eligibility
To place an order with Kavya Ethnics, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or act under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
- Provide accurate, current and complete information during checkout.
- Provide a valid delivery address and contact number.
- Use a valid payment method or comply with applicable Cash on Delivery requirements.
Customers purchasing for resale, commercial distribution or bulk supply should contact us separately for wholesale availability and pricing.
Section 04Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. Product details may include information about fabric, colour, dimensions, design, pattern, blouse piece, care instructions and other relevant characteristics.
Slight variations may occur because of:
- Screen brightness, colour calibration and device display settings.
- Lighting conditions used during product photography.
- Printing, dyeing, cutting and finishing processes.
- Normal variations between different production batches.
Such variations will be assessed in accordance with the product description, our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
We may update product descriptions, photographs, specifications or other information when reasonably necessary.
Section 05Pricing and Taxes
- Prices displayed on our website are stated in Indian Rupees.
- Prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless clearly stated otherwise.
- Delivery charges, Cash on Delivery charges or other applicable charges will be displayed before order completion.
- Prices and promotional offers may change without prior notice.
- A price change will not ordinarily affect an order that has already been accepted by us.
If a product is displayed with an incorrect price because of a technical, administrative or typographical error, we may contact you for confirmation before processing the order.
Where an order cannot be fulfilled at the displayed price, we may cancel the affected item or order and issue a refund for any amount already paid.
Section 06Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. Adding a product to your cart does not reserve or guarantee its availability.
If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we may:
- Contact you to offer a suitable alternative.
- Remove the unavailable product from the order.
- Cancel the affected order and issue an applicable refund.
Orders and Order Acceptance
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.
An order is accepted after:
- Successful payment and order approval for prepaid orders; or
- Verification and acceptance by us for Cash on Delivery orders.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including when:
- The product is unavailable.
- Payment has not been authorised or completed.
- The delivery address is incomplete, incorrect or outside our serviceable area.
- We reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or unauthorised activity.
- There is an obvious pricing, inventory or product-information error.
- The order violates these Terms of Service or applicable law.
If we cancel a prepaid order, the amount paid for the cancelled item or order will be refunded through the applicable payment method, subject to payment-gateway and banking processing times.
Section 08Payment
Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout and may include:
- UPI
- Credit and debit cards
- Net banking
- Supported digital wallets
- Cash on Delivery, where available
Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. Kavya Ethnics does not directly store complete card numbers, CVV details, UPI PINs or online-banking passwords.
Payment availability may vary depending on the order value, delivery location, payment provider and risk checks.
Section 09Cash on Delivery Orders
Cash on Delivery may not be available for every product, order value or PIN code. Availability will be shown during checkout.
We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to verify a Cash on Delivery order before dispatch. Failure to provide confirmation may delay or result in cancellation of the order.
Payment must be made to the authorised courier representative in accordance with the payment options available at delivery.
Section 10Customer Order Cancellation
You may request cancellation before the order has been dispatched by contacting us at:
A cancellation request is not confirmed until it has been accepted by our team.
Once an order has been dispatched, it generally cannot be cancelled through the order-cancellation process. You may instead request a return, exchange or refund where eligible under our Return and Refund Policy .
Nothing in this section limits any cancellation, replacement, return or refund rights available under applicable law.
Section 11Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout. You are responsible for checking that the name, address, PIN code and phone number are accurate before completing the order.
Delivery estimates are approximate and may be affected by:
- Courier service availability.
- Remote or restricted delivery locations.
- Weather, natural disasters or transport disruptions.
- Public holidays, strikes or government restrictions.
- Incorrect or incomplete customer information.
- Other circumstances reasonably outside our control.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy .
Customers must follow the return instructions provided by our support team. Returned products should be securely packed and, where required by the policy, returned unused with their original tags, packaging and accessories.
Eligibility may be affected if a returned product is damaged because of inadequate packaging, unauthorised use or handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.
Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotional offers, discount codes and sale prices may be subject to additional conditions displayed with the relevant offer.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Only one discount code may be used per order.
- Offers may apply only to selected products or order values.
- Offers may be withdrawn or corrected where there is misuse or an obvious error.
- Discounts cannot ordinarily be applied retrospectively to completed orders.
Intellectual Property
The website and its content, including original artwork, textile prints, patterns, photographs, videos, logos, graphics, product descriptions, written content and website design, may be owned by or licensed to Kavya Ethnics.
Such material is protected to the extent available under applicable copyright, trademark, design and other intellectual-property laws.
You may not, without prior written permission:
- Copy or reproduce our original product photographs or written content.
- Use our name, logo or branding in a misleading or unauthorised manner.
- Reproduce original print artwork or designs for commercial use.
- Scrape, download or systematically collect website content.
- Represent yourself as being connected with or authorised by Kavya Ethnics.
Nothing in these terms claims ownership over material that is lawfully in the public domain or owned by another party.
Section 15Permitted and Prohibited Use
You may use this website only for lawful personal or commercial enquiries and legitimate purchases.
You must not:
- Use the website for fraudulent, unlawful or deceptive activity.
- Provide false identity, payment or delivery information.

We are not responsible for losses caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
- Unauthorised use of a customer’s account or payment method that was not caused by our failure to take reasonable care.
- Courier delays or events outside our reasonable control.
- Customer failure to follow product-care or return-packing instructions.
- Third-party websites or services outside our control.
Where liability may lawfully be limited, our liability relating to a particular order will ordinarily be limited to the amount paid for the affected product.
Nothing in These Terms Excludes
- Your mandatory rights under applicable consumer law.
- Liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
- Liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct or deliberate misrepresentation.
Force Majeure
We will not be responsible for a delay or failure caused by circumstances reasonably outside our control, including natural disasters, floods, extreme weather, fire, epidemic, pandemic, war, civil disturbance, strikes, transport disruption, courier interruption, government action, internet failure or power failure.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays and fulfil or refund affected orders as appropriate.

Grievance Officer
We will endeavour to acknowledge consumer grievances within 48 hours and resolve them within 15 business days. Where additional investigation is reasonably required, the grievance will be handled within the timeframe prescribed by applicable law.
